Valley Security Service Pvt. Ltd. has been established in B.S.2051 under the constitution of Nepal 2047, company Act. 2021, Industrial business Act.2049 and other prevailing laws with the aim of providing proper Security Services to the Governmental/non governmental, foreign diplomatic institutions, private factories /companies /industries/hotels/residential buildings etc.
This Security company is being managed by the retired police officer from the Nepal police who has got immense experience on security matters during his service period as well as after retiring from the HMG service.  Our security Company endeavors to provide quality security services in the cost effective price.
We provide carefully designed tanning syllabus to our guards prior to their deployment on the respective assignment and also after deployment constant monitoring is carried out so that our services to the honorable clients could be error free. We do give better quality security services to our honorable clients.
     This security company which is in the operation of the management of the reputed persons, is providing the most qualitative security services based on totally electronic security control panel & fire fighting system by the well trained man powers'
 
  Terms & Conditions

(1.) M/S Valley Security Service (first party) has qualified ex-army and police of Nepal and India. It has recruited retired police and army on the purpose of providing security.
(2.) Security guards will not involve in any trade union, strike, demonstration etc. either inside the office or outside the office formed by the client (Second party). If the security guards will involve in any of these activities, the second party do inform immediately to our security company.
(3.) The Second party should not appoint the security guards for six months if they are thrown out or changed by the first party.
(4.) The first party deserves the right to change and appoint the security guards. On special circumstances, the second pary will extend all the assistance under the supervision of the first party.
(5.) 24- hours duty is fractioned to 8 hours per person but it can be increased as overtime as managed by the guard commander.
(6.) Total sum of salary should be cleared after completion of the month.
(7.) The second party should inform the first party before 15 days to update the contract or to cease the contract.
(8.) The first party will not be responsible for the harm to second party if it is beyond the reach of the security guards harm will be acceptable.
(9.) Security to sensitive organizations like banks etc. with the required arms will be provided with the mutual understanding.
