Uniform


Guards  are given an attractive & unique  uniform with leather belt & boots, shoulder badge, whistle & khukuri, the season decides the uniform to be put on.

Monitoring & Operation


The performances of  guards are monitored & supervised by inspectors, managing Directors, supervisors and control room of head office supervisors frequently visit at guard's duty hour. Reports of inspection by supervisors, suggestion or complaints of clients about guard service are recorded and proceeded for implementation .

 

Training

The training given to our guards is designed into two types.

a) One month training package is designed for newly Recruited youths.
b)
5 days training for ex-army and police servicement. Nearly one week refresher course is
    conducted to those who lack discipline & honesty in their job to make them fit.
